We recently took my Mazda CX-9 to Eli’s Auto Shop, and from the very first phone call, we felt we were in good hands. We explained the issue over the phone, and Joss immediately came across as knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. That first impression mattered, and it held all the way through.
When we brought the car in, everything was handled professionally and clearly explained. We truly appreciated the transparency about what needed to be done (and what didn’t): no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward, honest service.
